华南理工大学国际校区王志仁课题组诚招博士后、博士、科研助理
一、课题组PI简介：
王志仁博士，华南理工大学国际校区生物医学科学与工程学院教授，课题组组长/PI，博士生导师，国家优秀青年科学基金项目(海外)获得者。2016年于中山大学药学院获博士学位，随后前往美国加州大学San Diego分校从事博士后研究，2019-2024年在美国亚利桑那大学药学院完成博士后训练。
研究方向主要致力于新型磷脂及其前药分子技术的发开、构建脂质体药物制剂平台及其在药物递送、肿瘤免疫治疗以及神经退行性疾病创新疗法等方面。近年来，以第一或通讯作者在Nature Nanotechnology (IF: 40.5)、Nature Cancer (IF: 23.5)、Nature Communications (IF: 16.6)、Biomaterials (IF: 15.3)、Journal of Controlled Release (IF: 11.4)、Journal of Medicinal Chemistry等学术期刊发表20余篇研究论文，申请新型药物分子发明专利5项，授权3项，主持国家海外高层次引进人才青年项目。

二、学校介绍

三、招聘岗位及条件
博士后：
应聘条件：
博士学历，有机化学、药物化学、药剂学、高分子材料学、纳米材料科学、生物医学、细胞生物学、分子生物学、免疫学、基础医学等学历背景者优先考虑；
年龄一般不超过35周岁，有过良好的科研训练且发表过SCI学术论文者优先考虑。
薪酬待遇：
薪酬35万元起，最高可至47万元以上的年薪（境外排名前200高校毕业博士年薪达47万）；
学校另外缴纳单位社保；科研启动经费20万元；
安居：提供校区内租住公寓，无租住房分配时发放租房补贴；
子女入学：学校设有附属中、小、幼等优质教育资源；
医疗：学校提供公费医疗等福利待遇；
省市政策：享受省、市人才政策，社会保险、出入境、医疗、交通等优先、便捷服务；
其他待遇条件：
（1）出站留粤工作的，享受20万元至50万元安家费（出站与广东省单位签订3年劳动合同，获广东省海外人才引进计划的，广东省有安家费40万元；其他享受新单位所在地政府安家费20万元至50万元）；
（2）进站满18个月至出站后1年内，可按规定评定高级职称；
（3）出站后可按规定申请学校教学科研等各系列岗位留校工作。
博士、硕士研究生/科研助理：
接受过有机化学、药物化学、药剂学、高分子材料学、纳米材料科学、生物医学、细胞生物学、分子生物学、免疫学、基础医学等科研训练，有过研究经历、发表过SCI论文者优先考虑，同时也欢迎博士或者硕士研究生申请者提前来实验室从事科研助理，待遇从优。
